San Juan is famous for its brightly colored domestic architecture but did you know that these historic homes were not originally constructed with balconies or brightly colored? The concept of balconies were added later transforming the homes introverted character adapting it to the tropical environment. 

Made from 100% birch wood and hand-painted, This 10"x11" architecture models the facade of a Viejo San Juan residence. Chose between colors below or if you have specific color in mind let us know and we will do our best to match it.
